Our Glass Fiber Reinforced Concrete (GFRC) “Off the Form” finish is the epitome of minimalist elegance. By casting against high quality molds, we achieve a smooth, silky surface that retains the raw, honest soul of concrete while offering superior strength and a lighter profile. It is the perfect choice for those seeking clean lines and a contemporary, architectural aesthetic.
Composition
A high-strength matrix of cement, sand, and specialised polymers, internally reinforced with alkali-resistant glass fibres.
PERFORMANCE
This fibre matrix eliminates the need for traditional heavy steel mesh, allowing for a high tensile strength and a slim, elegant 25mm profile.
FINISH (OFF-THE-FORM)
Cast against a smooth substrate to produce a refined, satin surface. It features natural “ghosting” and tonal mottling, providing an authentic architectural aesthetic.
Best For
Integrated ramp basins, large-scale vanity tops, outdoor water troughs as well as seating and a vast range of other uses.
Engineered Cementitious Composite (ECC) represents the pinnacle of concrete technology. Our hand-troweled ECC finish celebrates the “maker’s mark, ” offering a sophisticated, movement-rich surface that is both tactile and incredibly durable. The subtle variegation created by the artisan’s trowel ensures that every piece is a unique, one-of-a-kind statement.
Composition
Often referred to as “bendable concrete, ” this is a high-ductility composite engineered with micro-fibers to provide extreme crack resistance and durability.
Finish (Hand-Troweled)
Unlike the smooth pour of GFRC, ECC is applied by hand, showing the organic “movement” and texture of the artisan’s tool.
Aesthetic
Provides a tactile, “industrial-chic” look with a variegated surface that is unique to every commission.

For a finish that marries timeless luxury with modern durability, our Designer Terrazzo (Polished Aggregate) is unmatched. We meticulously grind and polish the surface to reveal the depth and character of the embedded stone, creating a high-end, reflective finish that adds a sense of permanence and grandeur to any space.

Composition
A GFRC, ECC or traditional concrete base embedded with a curated selection of decorative stones which we source from Barossa Quarries.
PROCESS
The surface is mechanically “ground” down using diamond-grit abrasives to expose the crosssection of the internal aggregates.
FINISH
Diamond-polished to a high-honed or semi-gloss luster, offering a timeless, mid-century luxury feel.
Best For
High-traffic flat surfaces and decorative furniture where a multi-dimensional “gemstone” effect is desired.
The Hand Pressed finish is designed for those who appreciate organic texture and depth. This technique creates a characteristic “veining” and mottled appearance reminiscent of natural stone. It offers a rugged yet refined look that brings warmth and a sense of history to modern interiors.
PROCESS
An artisanal technique where the concrete is “pressed” or “packed” into the mold by hand rather than poured.
AESTHETIC
This method creates intentional “voids” and “bugholes” (small surface pits) and a more rugged, distressed texture often associated with raw brutalist architecture.
CHARACTER
It highlights the manual nature of the craft, emphasising the heavy, monolithic soul of the material.
Best For
Feature furniture or sculptural elements where a raw, weathered, or industrial “foundobject” look is required.
