Mounting & Substrate Integration
We offer three primary internal casting options to suit your stringer design:
The Standard Tread: A clean, simple rectangle tread that can be bolted or glued down to the stair substrate.
The “Sleeve” Mount: For cantilevered steel “spigot” designs. We cast an internal void/sleeve into the tread, allowing it to slide over a structural steel blade or RHS member.

The “Bolt-Down” Threaded Rod: Integrated threaded rods cast into the underside for direct fixing to flat-plate steel stringers.
The “Tray” Inlay: Treads designed with a recessed to fit flush on a steel or timber “tray”

Safety & Compliance
Slip Resistance: Treads can be cast with integrated “Nosing” grooves or acid-etched to achieve specific P3 or P4 slip ratings for residential and commercial compliance. (CUSTOM OPTION)
Edge Detail: Standard 2mm pencil edge to prevent chipping, or custom radius edges upon request.
